This project focuses on the role of histone methytransferases in the initiation of nucleotide excision repair activity in the chromatin of human cells.
- PhD with a strong training in cell biology and molecular biology.
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, microscopy, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, western blotting, siRNA and Crispr-Cas9 methods.
- Profound interest in the regulation of chromatin structure and dynamics.
- Competitive candidates should be highly motivated and have an enthusiastic personality with a good publication record.
A very good command of English is mandatory.
