The Necker Research Institute supported by the French National Institute for Medical Research (INSERM) will recruit an animal research facility manager on a permanent position at the Research Engineer level (IR). He/she should direct a team of 20 technicians working in the animal facility of the entire campus, one of the largest biomedical research centers in France.

Candidate Profile:

A degree in veterinarian studies and an experience in animal facility are required. Knowledge of French language is also needed. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the personnel, implementing animal veterinarian care, organizing the import/export of animal lines, improving the environmental conditions, ensuring the proper follow up of Animal Welfare legislation, setting-up experimental techniques (cryopreservation, embryonic transfer).
