Applications are invited for a Post- Doctoral Research Fellow 1 in the UCD School of Chemistry This is a temporary post.
The Centre requires UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellows Level 1 (post title - Research & Development Innovation Officer) who is a high calibre post-doctoral research scientist with a broad skills base for research study design, set-up, implementation, data analysis/interpretation and reporting. This is an advanced research focused role, building on your prior experience as a post-doctoral fellow, where you will conduct a specified programme of research supported by research training under the supervision and direction of a Principal Investigator.
These individuals will have expertise that fits into the main research themes of the CALIN Operation and CBNI and a willingness to work at the interface between nanoscience and biology. The RDIO will be responsible for conducting all feasibility and medium-term research activities and will also be involved in the delivery of network conferences and technology workshop events.
The CALIN project is part-funded by the ERDF through the Ireland Wales Programme 2014-2020.
