Your tasks:

• Development of computational models and software to be used in the direct simulation of biomedical problems such as the cardiovascular system and brain tumor growth, in uncertainty quantification, and in the inverse problem of parameter identification for model personalization.
• Maintenance of the research group simulation codes.

Your profile:

• Doctorate in Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Strong background in finite element simulation.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with C++ and Python programming.
• Experience in interdisciplinary research and HPC (desirable).
